The Process
From one photo to a figurine on your shelf
You see and approve a 3D design before anything is printed. The preview is digital: it's there for you to check, and your figurine follows once you're happy.

Order and send your photo
Pick a person or a pet, choose a size, a finish (unpainted grey, unpainted white or full colour) and a base, and upload one clear photo. Tell us anything we should know: glasses, a necklace, a favourite collar. You pay when you order, and we get started straight away.
- 2Within 2 days
We sculpt your 3D design
We turn your photo into a 3D model, refine the face, hair and outfit by hand, and match every colour to the filaments we print with. Before you see anything, we check it ourselves: likeness, every note you gave us, and that it will print cleanly and stand on its base.
- 3Your turn
Check and approve your preview
We send you a private link to a digital 3D preview. Spin it, compare it with your photo from the front, side and back, and see the exact colours and size. If it looks right, approve it. If not, tell us what to change.
- 4After approval
We print and finish it
Your figurine is printed on our Bambu Lab printer, in your chosen finish, then cleaned up, checked and packed by hand.
- 5Within 14 days of approval
Delivered to your door
We post it free with tracking and send you the tracking number.
Getting the photo right
The likeness depends on the photo more than anything else. For the best result:
- One person or one pet per photo
- Whole body in frame, head to feet (or nose to tail)
- Facing the camera
- Bright, even light
- Plain background if you can
If your photo won't give a good likeness, we'll ask you for another, and your 2 days start again when it arrives.
Changes and refunds
Not quite right? Pick what needs work (face, hair, outfit, colours, pose, base) and describe it. You get 2 free rounds of changes, and we send a new preview each time, usually within 2 days.
Our promise
You've already paid, and nothing is printed until you approve. If the model isn't up to standard, you'll get a full refund, any time before you approve it.
Once you approve and printing starts, changes aren't possible and our normal returns policy applies.
